Corporate Overview

As the Bank expects to grow more for the future, the Bank Holding Company was established in March 2016. In anticipation of future growth, the Bank established the Bank Holding Company in March 2016. The Bank Holding Company, known as First IC Corporation, exercises control over the Bank. Presently, the First IC Corporation possesses full ownership (100%) of the Bank, making it a subsidiary.

Currently, First IC Bank operates 10 full-service branches: 6 in Georgia, 1 in Texas, 1 in New York, 1 in New Jersey, and 1 in California. Additionally, there are 3 Loan Production Offices situated in Los Angeles and Seattle. Furthermore, there are plans in place to expand by opening more branches in Georgia and other major cities.
