1. Is there a limit to how much money I can deposit through Mobile deposit?

Yes. The limit for Mobile deposit is $1,000 per day. To request a mobile deposit limit increase, please contact Customer service.

2. What documents are required to open a business account?
  • For Sole Proprietorship: ID and Business License.
  • For a Corporation or Inc.: ID, Certificate of Corporation, Article of Corp., and Business EIN #.
  • For an LLC: Certificate of Corporation, Article of Corporation, Business EIN #, and Operating Agreement.
3. What is First IC Bank's routing number/swift code?

4. How can I add a signer to my account?

You have to bring that person to the branch and fill out the application. The new signer will need to provide a valid driver’s license or state photo ID.

5. Why does your bank ask for a copy of ID when I deposit or withdraw cash over $10K?

It is for CTR (Currency Transaction Report) that the government requires banks to fill out when you deposit or withdraw over $10,000 in a single day.

6. At what age can I open a checking account and use a debit card?

You must be 18 years and older to open a checking account and use a debit card in your name.

7. Can I send wires through online banking?

You would need to visit one of our branches to fill out a wire request form. If you have completed the Funds Transfer Agreement form, you can send a wire transfer by fax or email.

8. How much is an incoming/outgoing wire transfer fee?
